Returns and Refund Policy 
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, so please choose products carefully.
Refunds will be issued for damaged or faulty goods if the customer does not wish to have the items replaced. Please ensure you take a photo of damaged goods and do not dispose of them as we may have them sent back to our Warehouse. We cannot process a refund or issue a replacement without an image provided.
All claims must be made within 5 days of receiving goods.
Q: Is there anywhere we can physically see your products?
A: Absolutely! You can visit our Maitland Christmas Wonderland Store located at 430-434 High Street, Maitland, NSW 2320.

Q: Should I purchase from your physical store or your online store?
A: We highly recommend visiting our physical store. By coming to our store, you'll have access to a wider range of products and enjoy a more immersive shopping experience.

With nearly 20 years of operation, our physical store remains our primary mode of business. We take pride in curating an extensive selection of products to cater to diverse customer preferences.

Another advantage of shopping at our physical store is the more competitive pricing. Due to cost considerations, our online store prices may be slightly higher to cover expenses such as packaging and website maintenance. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
And Last but not least, our friendly staff will be there to assist you and provide personalized recommendations based on your preferences.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: Orders will leave our warehouse within 4 business days of your order. Delivery time once the order leaves our warehouse will depend on delivery location.
Once the shipping process has been initiated we will send you the tracking number for your parcel. Check your junk folder if you can't find a tracking update or please contact us at superdollarshop@gmail.com to follow up on tracking.

Q: I’ve received my order but its broken or wrong?
A: As soon as you receive your order, open the box and check that everything’s there and undamaged, and, if there’s a problem, let us know as soon as you can. Please take photos and email to superdollarshop@gmail.com with your name and order number, One of our customer service team will respond to you within 48hours

Q: Do your products come with Batteries?
A: Please note: Batteries are not included with any of our electrical products.
